Newest Festive MemberLisa Tomlinson-Cowie is the newest member of the Santa's Coming to Town family, stepping into the joyful boots of Mrs Claus! With her warm smile and bubbly personality, Lisa brings festive cheer wherever she goes. By day, she's a dedicated NHS Nursing Associate at a Stockton GP surgery – but off duty, you'll often find her treading the boards in local theatre, lighting up the stage in musicals, pantos, and plays.

Elvis the Elf
Mischief, Music & TrumpetThere isn't a shelf big enough for Elvis. This elf is full of energy, mischief, and music! Elvis simply can't sit still, and he's far too cheeky to be left behind at the North Pole when I travel. So, I bring him along... and put him to good use! You'll spot Elvis spreading Christmas cheer with his trusty trumpet, getting everyone singing and dancing, and occasionally telling tall tales (don't believe a word of it...I was not stuck up the chimney!).

Everything you need to know about booking our professional performer experiences.
Yes, all performers are fully DBS-checked (enhanced disclosure) and carry complete public liability insurance coverage for visits, grottos, and public events.
When you submit a request, your booking is set to "Requested". Once management reviews travel logistics, we change the status to "Pre-acceptance" and email a secure link. Paying the deposit online (via Stripe) moves your booking to "Confirmed".
Cancellations can be requested by emailing our booking office. If cancelled by management, the reason is registered internally in our booking system, and you will receive a cancellation notification immediately.
